Welcome to Bespoke LLC (“Bespoke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at buildbespoke.com, our client portal at app.buildbespoke.com, and the services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Services

Bespoke LLC provides design-build, construction, construction-management, and related general contracting services in Florida under license CGC1532984. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for any project are governed by the signed agreement between Bespoke LLC and the client for that project. In the event of a conflict, the signed project agreement controls over these general Terms.

Client Portal

We may provide access to a secure client portal for viewing proposals, contracts, invoices, and related documents, capturing signatures, and processing payments. You are responsible for keeping any access links or credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs through your portal access.

Payments

Payment terms for services are defined in your signed project agreement. Payments may be made through the methods we make available, which may include ACH bank transfer, credit or debit card, and Zelle. Card payments may include a processing fee (currently 3%); ACH transfers are not charged a processing fee. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card or bank-account numbers on our systems.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Bespoke LLC may send you transactional text messages regarding your active projects, including invoice, payment, change order, and contract notifications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Intellectual Property

The content on our website and portal, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Bespoke LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use our content without our permission, except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a signed project agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or obligation expressly provided in a signed project agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke LLC’s liability arising from use of the website or portal is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access those tools.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
